I came in for a pre-scheduled oil change and suspect defective front driver light harness that goes back to the car/ engine. The service time was horrible. After waiting 4-5hrs for just an oil change, I was told they had the harness on order and that I would have to make another appointment to come back for the harness replacement. Not to mention throwing in that my heating hose was "seeping" (but I park in a garage and have found no evidence of any leaks/ seeps at all). I have had services in the past that were great and not so great at this particular establishment. I could see maybe continuing to put my trust in future services, but I would need to experience more consistency of great service and integrity.
