I came in for a Transmission flush. Try 1st dried to sell me a new transmission for 7-8k. Then they tried to sell me a torque converter for over $2,000. Then they tried to sell me a Cadillac converter for 3,000. I came in to have a regular service not all the items being pushed on me.

I came in for a pre-scheduled oil change and suspect defective front driver light harness that goes back to the car/ engine. The service time was horrible. After waiting 4-5hrs for just an oil change, I was told they had the harness on order and that I would have to make another appointment to come back for the harness replacement. Not to mention throwing in that my heating hose was "seeping" (but I park in a garage and have found no evidence of any leaks/ seeps at all). I have had services in the past that were great and not so great at this particular establishment. I could see maybe continuing to put my trust in future services, but I would need to experience more consistency of great service and integrity.

I dropped the vehicle off for a minor service Then my wife brought me back an hour later I was then told it would be another 3 hours I called my wife, she returned, picked me up and took me back home. Then I got a call my yukon was ready! Came all the way back Then I paid more than $1000 for a transmission fluid change and a cabin filter!!!! I called around after that and found I should have paid half that I am done

Prompt, courteous, professional service on product recall. Only issue was I was not notified when recall part was in stock. First contacted Capital Buick GMC in July 2023 about recall and was advised I would be notified when part was in stock. Had vehicle serviced later and still the part was available. I called about a week ago and asked about the recall part and was told it was available and scheduled service. Disappointed that I was not notified by the service department.

Check in and shuttle service were good. Repair work handled on a timely basis. However, the battery is located in the trunk and the compartment cover was not put back in place upon completion of work. Additional antifreeze was added after replacing the thermostat. There was residue droplets on the windshield, rubber seal, and all over the engine parts. I opened the hood because of the smell. Would have appreciated better clean up after the work.
