Dear Capital One Buick GMC, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at your dealership. I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and mentioned to Radi Rafailov that my vehicle might need new brakes. I inquired about the cost of replacing the brakes, but at no point was I informed that there would be a $140 inspection fee if I chose not to have the brakes replaced at the dealership. Faced with the choice of losing $140 for a service I neither requested nor was informed about, I reluctantly decided to have my brakes replaced. This resulted in a total charge of $662.41. I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of communication and transparency regarding this fee. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with this dealership. However, since I purchased my vehicle from you, I have continued to return for servicing. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider my decision, and I am now seriously considering servicing my vehicle elsewhere moving forward. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the communication gaps to improve customer service for future clients. Sincerely, Candelaria Camarena
