Confirmed Service Customer
Prompt, courteous, professional service on product recall. Only issue was I was not notified when recall part was in stock. First contacted Capital Buick GMC in July 2023 about recall and was advised I would be notified when part was in stock. Had vehicle serviced later and still the part was available. I called about a week ago and asked about the recall part and was told it was available and scheduled service. Disappointed that I was not notified by the service department.
