Check in and shuttle service were good. Repair work handled on a timely basis. However, the battery is located in the trunk and the compartment cover was not put back in place upon completion of work. Additional antifreeze was added after replacing the thermostat. There was residue droplets on the windshield, rubber seal, and all over the engine parts. I opened the hood because of the smell. Would have appreciated better clean up after the work.
