Confirmed Service Customer
Radi, my service advisor, always provides excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. During my visit yesterday, I was extremely disappointed that the service center informed me that are charging a 3% credit card processing fee on all purchases. No one pays by check anymore and debit card payments are more open to fraud. The credit cards are the main form of payment and the processing fee is the cost of doing business. I do not like to be nickel and dimed. I have been very loyal to this service center, despite being able to go to less expensive options. Unfortunately you have now lost a customer. I will not be returning to this service center. This is a policy you should reconsider!
