I waited 4 hours for an oil change (Normal Service) When I brought the unit in my tire sensors were fine, but I was told the vehicle was waiting on an estimate from the shop on the tire seniors. Mr Leonard ( Service Advisor) was very kind as he apologized and did not charge me for the oil change. That was extremely well received, and I am thankful as he did his best to make the situation right. As the customer throughout the process we should be commuted with on delays that are out of the norm. Your team should tell the truth and tell it fast. Set the right expectation in order for the customer to make other plans. It was a frustrating experience.
