No issues with courteousness or timing. Amy, my service advisor was professional and friendly. I specifically requested that my car be washed. I left the car at the dealership for several hours as the shuttle took me to and from my office (the shuttle driver was wonderful.) Upon returning to the dealership to retrieve my car, I asked if my car had indeed been washed. Amy asked the shuttle driver to check, make sure, and if not, please have it washed immediately. I waited 10 minutes expecting the car to be pulled up, clean at any second. Unfortunately, someone else���s car got washed prior to mine and I was asked to wait again. I declined as I had no more time, walked to my dirty car and drove it home. Very disappointing.
