I came in to have my transmission fluid tested because I believe it was contaminated. It was a Hispanic young technician drove my truck. He came back so I could ride with him. Not only was he not paying me any attention but he doesn’t know the different trim levels of vehicles either. I had to inform him there are two different Denali trims( Denali and Denali Ultimate). He was so confused and that was another red flag. Never tested the fluid in which that’s what my appointment was for. Never again. Then add insult to injury, I got a text from a sales person the same day asking if I wanted to trade in my other truck I bought from Capital GMC. Never again
