Confirmed Service Customer
I recently purchased a new car at this location and the purchasing experience was great. Eron and the sales team were transparent, efficient and successful at making this transaction an ideal experience for me. Unfortunately immediately after my purchase I experienced an error message on the dash and 2 recalls that caused me to schedule several service appointments. My experience with the service team is not good. I find the people to be very underwhelming and cold. Apart of customer service is empathy and effort and I received neither. I���m not going to list each issue bc I don���t have the time but I will say that in my experience there was zero hospitality.
