I am just so disappointed in my first service with Capital Buick, the way customers are treated and the way parts management handled the situation. Then denying me service on a warranty item is just unacceptable. Service Help Rodi and Parts management Quetin Mason were extremely unhelpful and for Quentin to state " People blow their speakers all the time, this time I will replace both right and left speaker but in the future you'll need to find someone else". I was quite confused with who he was talking to. The he states " you know what just find another Buick to complete your service and canceled the speaker order" and why he'd think after only having a car for 5 months and the speaker going out is the customer problem and on top of that wouldn't it show that it's a speaker issue if the speakers are on back order nationwide? I wouldn't recommend Capital Buick off of Smyrna Rd to anyone. Very Rude and they don't need customers.
