I went in to the dealership for an oil change, oil filter and tire rotation. I needed an alignment also. While I was waiting, reading my book, the lights went out. Everybody started moving around trying to find what was going on. The tech came in and told me that my oil was changed and the filter but they could not do my alignment because the lights were out and they could not take my payment either. I said ok I thanked him for the service and I left. I did make my payment later on in the day. That's my feel good story!!!

I came in to have my transmission fluid tested because I believe it was contaminated. It was a Hispanic young technician drove my truck. He came back so I could ride with him. Not only was he not paying me any attention but he doesn’t know the different trim levels of vehicles either. I had to inform him there are two different Denali trims( Denali and Denali Ultimate). He was so confused and that was another red flag. Never tested the fluid in which that’s what my appointment was for. Never again. Then add insult to injury, I got a text from a sales person the same day asking if I wanted to trade in my other truck I bought from Capital GMC. Never again

This previous appointment has been the worst experience, took almost 4 hours for the service. When I asked how long more was it going to be he just said soon. Someone else when to see the time on their vehicle and he actually got up to go check the time for their car but couldn't do it for my vehicle. The customer service I received this time has been the worst.
