I have visited the dealership to help fix 2 key issues. While the dealer said they fixed one issue and other complaint is not what they were able to reproduce, both the issues are still persistent as soon as I got the car out from the service.

I made an appointment via the website for 1130am for an oil change and showed up 10 minutes early. My car sat by the waiting room until 1pm. It wasn't done until after 3pm. This is unacceptable

Radi was helpful and provided convenient customer service the day of our repair. Leonard Golden, who issued a ridiculous $3400 quote on 7/2/2024 was not helpful nor followed up on the quote when we called to inquire.

I sent my car to Buick for them to tell me why it shut off and will not crank only to find out the technician Parsa switched my battery with a battery that is no good I had to pay to have my vehicle towed there and I had to pay to have my vehicle towed back to my home not in the same condition and worse. I have no idea why it is not working and now I need a battery. I am very upset he made a bad situation worst. Nobody has reached out to me with an apology or resolution. I am still without a car my kids cannot get to school I cannot get to school or work. Buick is liable for the damage they have further caused me and needs to replace my battery with a functioning like the one it arrived with or a new one! I always service my Buick at Capital. Good timely service with a friendly staff is a constant at this dealership. My only concern with my recent service is the cleanliness in which my vehicle was returned. The driver's seat and floor mat both had a greasy dirty residue on the surface that was difficult to remove. The work that was completed on the vehicle appears to be top quality. Capital was a clean vehicle away from a completely satisfied customer.

I waited 4 hours for an oil change (Normal Service) When I brought the unit in my tire sensors were fine, but I was told the vehicle was waiting on an estimate from the shop on the tire seniors. Mr Leonard ( Service Advisor) was very kind as he apologized and did not charge me for the oil change. That was extremely well received, and I am thankful as he did his best to make the situation right. As the customer throughout the process we should be commuted with on delays that are out of the norm. Your team should tell the truth and tell it fast. Set the right expectation in order for the customer to make other plans. It was a frustrating experience.

I recently purchased a new car at this location and the purchasing experience was great. Eron and the sales team were transparent, efficient and successful at making this transaction an ideal experience for me. Unfortunately immediately after my purchase I experienced an error message on the dash and 2 recalls that caused me to schedule several service appointments. My experience with the service team is not good. I find the people to be very underwhelming and cold. Apart of customer service is empathy and effort and I received neither. I���m not going to list each issue bc I don���t have the time but I will say that in my experience there was zero hospitality.
